Limited Warranty

Our various warranty periods relate to the different parts of our products and can therefore differ depending on item and part. E-cigarette kits, mods, and batteries are all made up of different parts, and the consumable nature of products such as disposable kits and batteries means that warranty can apply in different ways.

This warranty guide outlines what you need to know.

Vape Kits and Mods

A 6-month warranty period covers vape kits and mods from the date of the purchase. Please note that accidental damage or any other damage caused by general wear and tear are not covered by this warranty period.

If your kit has been damaged in any way, then your warranty will not apply.

You can contact us to log any problem relating to your kit or mod within the warranty period. You then may be required to return the kit or mod to us so that we can assess it. In order for your warranty claim to be valid, we will need the kit or mod to be returned to us in its original packaging.


All external batteries for our vaping products are offered with a 60-day warranty period from the date of purchase. If the battery is damaged due to mishandling or being used incorrectly, then the warranty will not be valid. The 60-day warranty does not apply to general wear and tear of the battery either.

If you think your battery may be faulty, then you can contact us, and we will be able to assess your device, which may require you to return your battery for us to check. We will replace the battery if the fault is due to a manufacturing issue.

Battery Chargers

Our battery chargers are covered by a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. The warranty will be void if the battery charger is faulty due to a user error or mishandling of the charger. If you believe the charger to be faulty, you can contact us to log your problem and have your charger assessed. This may require returning the charger to us.

E-Liquids, Pods, and Disposable E-Cig Kits

These items are sold in sealed packs and are not covered by any warranty. If there is a manufacturing fault with these items, the no-warranty rule is exempt in order for us to address the issue.

If you believe your item is faulty on arrival, then please contact our team within seven days of receiving your item.

We can also replace items if there has been a shipping error. If you do have items missing from your order, then please contact us within 48 hours of receiving delivery so that we can amend this issue as soon as possible.

Tanks, Clearomizers, and Cartomizers

Due to these items being consumable products, they are not covered by any warranty. Nevertheless, if your product is faulty or dead on arrival, then we can replace or refund an item if you contact us within seven days of receipt, at our discretion. We will need to have the item returned to us for inspection. We cannot offer a refund or exchange if the item is damaged or faulty due to a user error.
